Who am I?

I grew up in a small village in Belgium.
For a long time my life seemed mapped out for me – by my parents, society and everything that was “expected”. I was the sporty girl who had to prove herself, perform and above all: please. The perfect daughter, wife and future mother.

But I never really felt at home. Not in the village where I grew up, not in my body, and not in the life that others had envisioned for me. Traveling changed everything. It gave me breathing space, distance, freedom. I could press pause and just be myself – or maybe for the first time, really feel who I am.

Since my twenties I dreamed of leaving everything behind and moving abroad. But back then it felt like “fleeing”. So I didn’t do it. Now I know: it wasn’t a flight. It was a calling.

Why alone?
Because I have gone through many big decisions and moments alone in my life – and each time I have grown from them. Was it easy? No. But the feeling afterwards is incomparable.

Solo travel gives me wings. No compromises, no masks. Solo travel is freedom, self-discovery and power. It is learning to trust yourself – your intuition, your choices, your abilities.

I know better than anyone how easily we lose ourselves in the rat race of life.
But I truly believe that together we can make our desires bigger than our fears.

Are you ready to take the next step?
